About Trumonytechs, a Thermal Management Company in Suzhou
Trumonytechs is a Suzhou-based subsidiary of the Trumony group that supplies thermal management parts for battery packs in electric vehicles and energy storage, and for power electronics. Its cold plates, cooling tubes and manifolds come from plants in Suzhou and Suqian; its interface materials are supplied by listed model. We work through each cold plate project with the buyer, from design review to production release.

The thermal lines are built for battery pack manufacturers, energy storage integrators, EV makers and power electronics teams working with IGBT and SiC modules.
Factories in Suzhou and Suqian
The cold plates and cooling tubes that Trumonytechs supplies are manufactured at sites in Jiangsu Province, in Wuzhong District, Suzhou, and the Suqian Economic and Technological Development Zone.
The construction of each cold plate sets its process route, drawing on friction stir welding, stamping, vacuum brazing, extrusion and CNC machining. Each plate is helium leak tested, and outgoing inspection adds CMM checks, hydrostatic burst testing, first-article reports, weld and braze examination, and SPC on critical dimensions.
Quality and Management System Certificates
Certificates for cold plate and cooling tube production are held by the two companies that manufacture them, so the holder named on each certificate differs from Trumonytechs. The table gives the part of each certificate scope that applies to Trumonytechs parts; interface materials fall outside all three.

For cold plates, buyers can request RoHS and REACH declarations with SVHC communication, and material composition data supports an IMDS submission. For interface materials, the model data shows UL 94 V-0 flammability and a RoHS-compliant formulation where listed.

How Trumonytechs Engineers Work Through a Cold Plate Project
Engineering support at Trumonytechs starts from the buyer's heat load and cell format, and each stage waits for the buyer's sign-off before the next begins. Tooling is committed only after the simulation output is approved.
We prepare 2D drawings and 3D models, check manufacturability early to strengthen weak features, and run thermal, transient and finite element analysis under the operating conditions the buyer specifies. Quotations carry DFM notes at no charge, and choosing the interface material is part of the same design conversation.
